Claire Angelle brings more than 20 years of experience in communications, media relations, and international affairs to her work as a PR strategist. A former diplomat with a global perspective and a talent for building meaningful connections, Claire understands how strategic storytelling and visibility can strengthen reputations, open doors, and create lasting impact. She believes effective public relations does more than generate attention; it elevates the people and ideas making a difference.
As the founder of Elevia, a boutique PR firm, Claire helps mission-driven leaders expand their reach through media placements, speaking engagements, and awards opportunities. Her career includes founding and leading the City of Atlanta’s first Office of International Affairs, where she helped generate more than $2.7 billion in economic impact, create over 10,000 jobs, and raise more than $3 million for global initiatives. Originally from Nantes, France, Claire holds a master’s degree in International Business and Trade and speaks French, English, and Spanish fluently. She approaches every opportunity with the belief that doing good and doing well should always go hand in hand.
Outside of her work, Claire enjoys life in Atlanta with her husband, John, and their son, Louis.
